THE CHALLENGE

TKS runs one of the most competitive youth development programs in the world. The problem wasn't what they were doing — it was that the outside world couldn't see it clearly. And they needed to attract a very specific kind of person to coach the next generation.

Not just anyone. The McKinsey consultant. The MIT grad. The head of product at Apple. The Harvard-trained lawyer. People who had built serious traditional careers and would need a genuinely compelling reason to walk away from them.

THE SOLUTION

We produced two films. A brand film designed to capture what TKS actually feels like from the inside — the energy, the caliber, the mission. And a recruitment video with one job: make the right person feel like shaping the next generation of technology builders was worth leaving everything else behind.

The brief wasn't to explain TKS. It was to make someone feel it.
