We hand over files, but we never go far. Most of our clients stick around for monthly check-ins to make sure everything’s working and evolving as the business grows.

It depends on scope, but most brand identity projects take 2-4 weeks. Custom web projects can take anywhere from 4 weeks to more than 4 months. We’ll give you a clear timeline before any work begins, and milestones for when you can expect to receive core pieces from us.

Yes. Some of our best work has been with founders who were still figuring out what they were building. Getting the brand right early is usually easier than fixing it later.

You’ll have a clear point of contact (that’s Meg) that you can reach out to at any time, defined milestones so you know when to expect what, and regular check-ins to go over materials and provide feedback along the way. We won’t leave you wondering why or where.
